We need your help on election day!

1.BE VISIBLE AT THE POLLS!

On Monday Nov 5th, take your signs and flyers and display them with pride 150 feet from your local court house, either from 8:30-10:30 am or 12:30-1:30 and/or 4:30 to 6:30 pm

On Tuesday Nov 6th, bring out your signs and banners to hold them 150 feet from your local polling location

2. BE SEEN ABOUT TOWN!

Grab a friend and a stack of flyers. Head over to your local college campus, library, grocery store or public space and hand out flyers on Monday.

3. VOICE YOUR OPINION!

Become a registered voter (or update your address if you’ve moved) in Arkansas. It is a quick and simple process, so do it right now! The last day to register to vote in the Stat

e of Arkansas for the 2012 General Election is: October 7, 2012.

MULTIPLE WAYS TO REGISTER
You can register by mail in just three steps: download, print, then mail (or drop-off the form at your county courthouse).

Marijuana And Cancer: Scientists Find Cannabis Compound Stops Metastasis In Aggressive Cancers:

A pair of scientists at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco has found that a compound derived from marijuana could stop metastasis in many kinds of aggressive cancer, potentially altering the fatality of the disease forever.

“It took us about 20 years of research to figure this out, but we are very excited,” said Pierre Desprez, one of the scientists behind the discovery, to The Huffington Post. “We want to get started with trials as soon as possible.”

ARKANSAS MEDICAL MARIJUANA ACT HAS ENOUGH
SIGNATURES TO QUALIFY FOR THE INITIAL BALLOT COUNT!

Congratulations Compassionate Arkansans!

We cleared the first hurdle with enough signatures for the July 6th initial ballot count!

As great as it is to have reached this first goal, usually as many as 50% of all ballot signatures are invalidated after this first turn-in—whether its because of an illegible name, an unregistered voter, or an incorrect notarization.

DOUBLE THE COUNT TO ENSURE THE NOVEMBER BALLOT!

Luckily, the state accounts for this and allows us to continue collecting signatures while they count our first batch. This gives us an extra 4 weeks to get another 30k VALID signatures (or roughly 60k signatures) to make up for all the ones that are thrown out.

SIGNED PETITIONS ARE STILL VALID AFTER JULY 6

If you still have petitions, DON’T THROW THEM OUT! Make sure to get them to us, even if it’s after July 6th! (And you’ll still earn money for each signature PLUS bonuses!)

We’re one important step closer to having a medical marijuana program in Arkansas! Keep up the great work! We’re almost there!

Let’s double the count between now and August and ensure we’ll make the final ballot!

April is the perfect month for gathering signatures. The weather is beautiful and people are out and about all across the state. Plus, we have events and gatherings happening all month long.

So, we’re announcing our April Signature Drive Contest. Join in the fun, do a little good for Arkansas, and win a little cash or swag!

TO ALL APRIL SIGNATURE DRIVE PARTICIPANTS!
Get $50 for every 100 signatures collected through APR 15!*

For the next 10 days, we’ll pay $50 for every 100 valid signatures we receive! We have $4000 to spend on signatures—so get’ em to us as quickly as you can! First come, first paid!

For the total signatures for the month, the top 3 volunteers will also be awarded these prizes:

PRIZES:
• 1st prize $100
• 2nd prize $75
• 3rd prize $50

Rules:
• You must have a minimum of 100 signatures to qualify.
• All signatures must be dated between April 1 - 30.
